Meet the Team


Claudio Coltellini

Mr. Coltellini is a seasoned financial executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of international experience spanning banking, private equity, and the oil and gas industry. He began his career at Deutsche Bank Group, where he served as a financial advisor and asset manager, before transitioning into the energy sector to found and grow multiple oil and gas companies across Europe, West Africa, and North America.


He currently serves as Financial Director of ADM Energy PLC, Co-Founder and President of Tennessee Black Gold LLC, and CEO of Atlantic Bridge Energy Inc. and Partners & Friends Holding Corp. He has a proven track record in structuring investment vehicles, raising capital under Regulation S, and leading cross-border development initiatives.


Mr. Coltellini holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Brescia and serves on the Advisory Board of Eagle Energy Partners. He lives in the United States with his wife and three children.

Rick D'Angelo, CFA

Mr. D’Angelo is an accomplished financial executive with more than 35 years of experience in energy investments, portfolio management, and corporate finance. He spent 17 years as a partner and lead energy analyst at Huff Asset Management, where he followed more than 35 small- and mid-cap public E&P companies and co-managed the Huff Energy Fund, a private equity vehicle focused on early-stage investments.


He began his career at Amoco Production Company, where he worked for 14 years as both a geophysicist and economic analyst, earning the Chairman’s Award in 1998 for his contributions to global exploration planning. His expertise spans geo-science technology, energy equities, portfolio strategy, and investment analysis.


Mr. D’Angelo holds an AB in Geology from Princeton University, an MS in Geophysics from Virginia Tech, and an MBA from the University of Houston. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Ben Jacobson

Mr. Jacobson is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Integrous Capital Partners, LLC, which invests in exploration and production companies targeting the acquisition and development of profitable U.S. oil fields. Integrous focuses on acquiring distressed and producing assets, enhancing value through operational and financial efficiencies.


He previously spent eight years managing funds and advising oilfield services companies on M&A and capital structures. Earlier in his career, he was a Specialist and Member of the New York Stock Exchange as a partner at Benjamin Jacobson & Sons, later serving as Vice President at Goldman Sachs following its acquisition of the firm in 2001.


Mr. Jacobson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Denver. He resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife and three children and serves on the board of directors of his church.

Carlo Limchuatuan CPA

Mr. Limchuatuan has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and investment banking within the energy industry, including upstream, midstream, and oilfield services. Most recently, he served as CFO of a group of privately held operating companies, where he helped drive more than 500% revenue growth during his tenure.


He previously held senior roles at Wunderlich Securities, Pritchard Capital Partners, and Marathon Oil Company, specializing in acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising. Carlo began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Transaction Services and spent nearly a decade in public accounting, advising on tax, assurance, and consulting matters.


Mr. Limchuatuan graduated with honors from Houston Baptist University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Tara Roberts

Ms. Roberts is Vice President of Business Development and brings more than seven years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Her background spans land management, accounting, and business development, giving her a broad perspective across upstream operations.


She began her career at Chesapeake Energy, where she gained experience in land strategy and asset management, and later served as a Business Development Specialist at Echo Energy, focusing on acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.


Ms. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Energy Law from Oklahoma City University.
