Chris Jarvis

Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Jarvis serves as Interim CEO and CFO of Eagle Energy Partners, bringing in over 20 years of leadership in energy finance, capital markets, and risk management. His expertise spans corporate finance, investment strategy, commodity trading, and executive operations.


Prior to joining Eagle Energy Partners, Christopher was Executive Vice President of Finance at Foothills Exploration, Inc., where he oversaw financing, investor relations, and energy hedging for a publicly traded oil and gas company. He is also the founder of Caprock Risk Management, a nationally recognized advisory firm specializing in institutional research and energy risk strategies for Fortune 500 clients, including Dow Chemical and Monsanto.


Earlier in his career, he served as a senior energy analyst at Merrill Lynch and Advest Group, earning a #1 ranking by Bloomberg’s BARR system for institutional equity research. He has been a frequent contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business News, and Reuters.


Christopher holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a BA in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Market Technician (CMT), and remains an active member of both the CFA Institute and the Market Technicians Association.

Alex Hemb

Independent Director

Mr. Hemb is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer and Energy Executive with over 35 years of experience across drilling, production, and executive roles throughout North America and internationally, including Norway, Canada, Belize, and the U.S. He has served as CEO of Anaconda Energy and Director of Foothills Exploration Inc., where he led field development, acquisitions, and production optimization initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Baker Hughes, CETCO, and Helmer Directional Drilling, and was instrumental in planning some of the longest horizontal wells in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Hemb holds both a B.S. and M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech.

Daniel Fugiel

Independent Director

Mr. Fugiel is an accomplished institutional capital markets executive with more than 25 years of experience advising institutional investors and leading global prime brokerage operations at some of the world's premier financial institutions. His expertise spans capital markets, hedge fund services, corporate governance, and strategic financial operations, providing valuable public markets insight as Eagle Energy Partners advances its long-term growth strategy.

 

Mr. Fugiel began his career with Wellington Management LLP, where he supported the firm's domestic and offshore hedge fund operations and managed key relationships with external service providers. He later held senior leadership positions within the Equity Prime Brokerage divisions of JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for building and managing complex institutional client platforms. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, he led the successful expansion of the firm's Global Prime Finance business to Jacksonville, Florida, ultimately serving as Head of Deutsche Bank Global Prime Finance. Throughout his career, Mr. Fugiel has worked closely with hedge funds, institutional asset managers, family offices, and other sophisticated capital markets participants, developing extensive experience in institutional client service, business strategy, operational leadership, and risk management.

 

Mr. Fugiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
